HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training
45 minutes of exercise aimed at improving your strength and conditioning. This class will get you stronger, faster, and leaner. Our HIIT classes utilize a wide variety of exercises including body weight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, bikes, rowing machines, battle ropes etc. but does not include barbells or complicated gymnastics movements.
