An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Saturday, repeating indefinitely

Whether training to compete, or training for your daily workouts, this program is geared toward improving your Olympic lifts. Under USAW certified coaching, the Snatch and Clean & Jerk are broken down into skills, drills, and ancillary strength to improve the lifts over an 8-week cycle.
