Group-based strength and conditioning for teens aged 13 and older. With a focus on movement quality, we ensure each individual moves well before increasing the load or the intensity of the exercise. Our program includes building strength and stability of the core, hips, and shoulders to help increase overall strength and reduce the chances of injury through sport and daily life.
