What is CrossFit?
In a sentence, it’s constantly varied, functional movements done at a high intensity.
In these classes we perform multi-joint compound movements that our bodies were designed to do. As such they are inherently safe. Movements include squatting, hinging, pressing, throwing, running, pulling, etc. using a variety of implements such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bikes, rowing machines, pull up rigs, other specialty equipment, and our own bodyweight.
Our highly trained coaches keep a very watchful eye on our athletes to ensure they are moving correctly and within their current level of proficiency. We are all experts on moving and will turn you in to one too.
These group-based classes will get you strong, lean, fit, and ready for any physical challenge life may throw at you.
