HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training 45 minutes of exercise aimed at improving your strength and conditioning. This class will get you stronger, faster, and leaner. Our HIIT classes utilize a wide variety of exercises including body weight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, bikes, rowing machines, battle ropes etc. but does not include barbells or complicated gymnastics movements.

Whether training to compete, or training for your daily workouts, this program is geared toward improving your Olympic lifts. Under USAW certified coaching, the Snatch and Clean & Jerk are broken down into skills, drills, and ancillary strength to improve the lifts over an 8-week cycle.
